• Ability to upload documents to the IBM Connections server from other apps that support the "Open In..." feature of iOS
- Upload email attachments directly to the IBM Connections server
- Enables round trip editing of documents. Allows you to download a document from the IBM Connections server, open it in another editor app, then upload the updated document back to the IBM Connections server
• iOS 5 Compatible
• Fixed an issue with getting "Cannot Verify Server Identity" prompt for servers certificates from a valid certificate authority

Social Software Compliance

Announced today, IBM Connections speeds adoption of social software, particularly in regulated industries, through a partnership with Actiance, archiving and compliance software specialists!
As announced at Lotusphere this year, we have been working very closely together to deliver a solution to banking, insurance, government, heathcare and anyone interested in compliance and e-discovery of content created in Connections. Our partnership, brings the first in market, total solution that will allow all social content to be captured for audit purposes in real-time. Using the Connections Compliance SPI, Actiance is able to tie directly to all entries at the time that they are created by users. This allows for an accurate and complete picture of the social collaboration happening in Connections to be represented in Vantage for purposes of audit or litigation.
Having worked on this project, I'm very excited for this work and hope that it's something that will help your organization take advantage of social apps from IBM Connections. Let me know if your interested to learn more.

There is lots more coming from E2.0 this week. Stay Tuned!
